What cleaning achieves

By impregnating the facade after cleaning, a water-repellent layer is applied. Moisture no longer soaks in, so the facade is protected and stays clean for longer. The treatment is invisible: the facade looks exactly the same.
High pressure or steam
Which method fits depends on the facade type and the soiling. Steam cleaning works at lower pressure and is gentler on vulnerable pointing. Too much pressure on old brickwork washes out the joints, and that is an expensive mistake.
